该职位来源于猎聘 1、负责注塑车间的生产安排、日常事务管理工作； 2、根据下达的生产计划，合理的做好车间生产计划安排和组织生产，检查并指导生产计划的执行情况，采取有效措施，并保质保量完成；
3、根据实际生产状况，完善车间的人员编制，合理的配置车间人手； 4、负责生产进度，产品质量状况，物料供应情况、生产效率、料耗、模具、设备状态及人员动态等有效管理，对异常状况及时有效处理，确保生产运作顺利正常； 5、对领班或注塑调机员进行技术性指导，对员工进行积极有效的培训； 6、具备5年以上注塑车间领班经验，或2年以上注塑车间主任任职资历；
