• Follows and adheres to the department T&I PDE Test Lab processes (including health & safety rules).
• Executes TFDB (Test Facility DataBase) work orders (daily business), including incoming test request inspection, work time/ cost estimation, performs and monitors tests according to test plans (PVP+R), communicates with stakeholders (e.g. Lab Team Lead, requestor), documentation of test results.
• Supports improvement of test equipment, test procedures and workflows.
• Supports Lab Team Lead in equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
• Supports and contributes to efficiency increase and Global Excellence (GE) / VA-VE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) activities.
• Actively contributes on continuous optimization of T&I Test Lab processes.
• Plans resources for assigned work orders.
• Performs and monitors also external and complex tests according to test plans and budget.
• Analysis of results (using suitable tools) and creation of test reports. Suggests measures and optimizations to requestor/ PDE

(active communication).

• Identifies, selects, manages and tracks external test labs (in cooperation with Purchase department). Visits/ audits external service providers before initially awarded.
• Continuously strives for improvement.
• Acts as technical testing contact with good testing knowledge and approaches about specific product-, product group- and/or material testing. Is able to consult internal and external stakeholders within the limits of according test procedures.
• Supports Lab Specialist Team in the development of new test benches and test procedures.
• Initiates and drives efficiency increase and Global Excellence (GE) / VA-VE projects. 遵循并严格执行部门 T&I PE 测试实验室的各项流程（包括健康、安全与环保规则）。 执行 TFDB（测试设备数据库）工单，包括：入库测试申请检验、工时与成本估算；根据测试计划（PVP+R，即产品验证计划与报告）执行并监控测试；与相关利益方（如实验室团队负责人、申请人）进行沟通；以及测试结果的归档与记录。 支持测试设备、测试步骤以及工作流程的改进。 协助实验室团队负责人开展设备的日常维护与校准工作。 支持并参与（GE）/ VA-VE（价值分析与价值工程）相关活动。 积极为 T&I 测试实验室流程的持续优化做出贡献。 负责对所分配工单的资源（人员、设备、时间等）进行规划。 根据测试计划和预算，执行并监控外部及复杂的测试项目。 分析测试结果（使用合适的分析工具）并撰写测试报告；主动向申请人/PE（产品开发工程师）提出改善措施和优化建议（保持积极沟通）。 识别、筛选、管理并追踪第三方外部测试实验室（与采购部门合作）；在授标/签约前，对外部服务商进行实地考察与审核。 持续追求工作改进表现。 作为测试技术接口人，在特定的产品、产品组和/或材料测试方面拥有良好的测试知识与方法；能够在相关测试流程范围内，为内部及外部利益相关方提供专业咨询。 协助实验室专家团队开发新的测试台架和测试流程。 发起并推动效率提升项目及全球精益（GE）/ VA-VE 项目。 职位要求：
• Major in Mechanical engineering, Auto industry or related, Bachelor degree or above. More than 3 years testing experience or related job.
• Priority of having fluid test and vibration test experience.
• Having CNAS experience is plus.
• Strong English reading and writing skills. Able to read technical documents in English and write test reports in English.
• Follows and implements the NORMA values and targets as defined by the Group processes, including the Group Core Values and the Code of Conduct.
• Continuous improvement of self-knowledge, for instance via trainings, seminars and/or additional tasks outside of the key Product

Engineering assignments.

• Having IATF16949 experience is plus.
• Travels as required to customers, suppliers and NORMA locations (up to 25% travel time)
