该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 熟悉MOS/BJT/Diode/Cap/resistor 器件开发； 2. 熟悉器件layout&layout tool 3. 负责器件layout； 4. 负责版图寄生参数的抽取,物理验证 (DRC,LVS,xRC)及后仿真等； 5. 做好DRC.LVS.GDS.NETLIST.及LAYOUT等数据检查； 任职要求： 1.电子.微电子等相关专业本科以上学历；
- 熟悉Synopy/Cadence/Mentor等EDA软件工具及开发流程。
