该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 协助项目经理管理3-5个临床试验项目，确保项目进度符合GCP要求
- 负责10-15名CRA的日常管理及绩效考核，提升团队监查质量
- 协调CRO、SMO等供应商，控制项目成本在预算范围内
- 定期分析项目风险，每月提交2份风险评估报告
任职要求：
- 临床医学或药学相关专业本科以上学历
2.3年以上CRA管理经验，熟悉ICH-GCP法规
- 具备2个以上III期临床试验全程管理经验
- 优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能同时处理5+并行项目
