- 带队建设快慢脑路由与红队修复闭环 任职要求：
- 8年以上NLP/大模型经验；主导过LLM SFT/RLHF量产落地
- 熟悉推理优化（量化/蒸馏/端侧）；了解生成式AI备案要求 加分条件：
- 有车载/终端大模型经验
