- 具备新产品/新技术导入能力；
- 具备制程/设备/材料工程能力；
具备与客户沟通协调之能力；
熟练掌握IC半导体可靠度工程及进阶失效不良原因分析；
- 熟悉掌握DFMEA\PFMEA\DOE\Control Plan。
