What they need

该职位来源于猎聘岗位职责： 1、负责研发和优化机器人模仿学习算法，设计训练实时模型并完成工程部署，使机器人能在真实场景中完成复杂的物理操作任务，提升操作精度至接近人类水平 2、负责双臂机器人模仿学习系统的算法研发与工程实现，包括数据采集、模型训练、pipeline优化等 3、持续跟踪行业动态与前沿技术发展，开展新技术预研与应用转化任职要求： 1、博士学历，计算机、电子信息、机器人等相关专业背景 2、精通Python编程，熟练使用PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架 3、扎实的模仿学习或强化学习算法基础，具备端到端机器人系统开发经验 4、熟悉Transformer架构，了解多模态学习算法，有大模型相关经验者优先 5、熟悉机器人学基础知识，包括运动学、动力学及控制算法 6、具有以下条件之一者优先：（1）熟悉ACT、MT-ACT、RT1/RT2、Diffusion Policy等前沿算法（2）了解PaLM，RDT 等多模态具身大模型（3）在机器人/CV/AI领域顶级会议期刊发表论文（4）具有实际机器人算法控制项目经验或顶级学术竞赛获奖经历
