• Monitoring of latest technology trends in LED lighting products and components, including sensors and wireless control systems.
• 追踪LED照明行业的最新技术，产品, 零件和无线控制系统。
• Proposing new electronic concepts or technologies to company technology roadmap.
• 提供最新的电子概念和技术，完成公司技术路线图。
• Work on solving electronic technical issues raised by product development requests
• 解决产品开发要求中的电子技术问题。 PRODUCT REVIEW 产品检查
• Responsible for electronic technical feasibility study (providing electronic cost analyze result) of the new products are requested by Product Marketing team.
• 负责市场部要求的新产品的电子部分技术可行性研究(必要时需要提供成本分析结果)。
• Responsible for new projects’ DFEMA files’ electronic part.
• 负责新项目电子部分的DFEMA文件的制作。
• Responsible for evaluating the electronic technical solutions & review the products’ electronic design provided by ODM/OEM suppliers in NPI projects, can provide improvement suggestion if needed.
• 负责评估提供ODM / OEM供应商提供的电子技术解决方案和产品的电子设计方案，并能提出改善意见。
• Support Sourcing team to evaluate the supplier quotation from the electronic technical point of view.
• 支持采购团队对供应商报价进行专业评估。
• Reviewing electronic parts’ BOM cost of product during design stage to help price negotiation with OEM/ODM partner.
• 产品研发阶段的电子部分价格分析，协助项目经理与OEM/ODM供应商谈判价格。
• Reviewing design of wireless modules and sensors and working on their integration in the company product portfolio
• 无线智能模组和传感器的设计评估，并且将这些配件集成到公司的灯具产品中去。 PRODUCT DESIGN 产品设计
• Responsible for the electronic design of LED lighting products.
• 负责产品的电子部分设计。
• Responsible for finalize & sign off relevant documents, like the new product specification & BOM etc. with ODM/OEM suppliers.
• 负责与供应商完成和签署相关技术文件,如产品规格书和BOM清单。
• Responsible for smart controls’ design solution review, and development of smart modules, smart drivers and smart sensors.
• 有无线控制系统的相关知识和经验，能够独立负责智能控制系统方案的审核和测试。 TECHNICAL SUPPORT 技术支持
• Work with Development Quality team to define & perform the release test of product electronic designs.
• 与研发质量部合作电子设计部分测试。
• Support the failure analysis which is related to electronic part no matter it is in new project or from field return.

• Support on the electronic technical analysis & design improvement for the field quality issues.
• 支持电子技术分析和设计改进的质量问题。
• Support the marketing samples’ analyzing.

• More than 5 years’ work experience on product development role in LED lighting industry, has the experience on smart control design.

LED照明行业里超过5年的产品开发经验, 有智能控制系统开发的工作经验。

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic 电子相关专业毕业
• Advanced English writing skills
