该职位来源于猎聘 您的职责：
- 负责动力电池化学体系及关键材料（正极、负极、电解液、隔膜等）的开发与优化
- 参与LFP体系电池材料配方设计、试验方案制定及样品制备，完成测试与数据分析
- 建立和应用材料评价方法，对循环寿命、安全性、倍率性能等关键指标进行评估
- 对材料在工艺和电化学方面的风险进行分析，提出改进方案并推动落地
- 从材料角度支持方形电芯设计及平台项目开发，配合研发、工艺、质量等团队解决试制和量产问题
- 跟踪行业前沿技术，持续优化材料体系和工艺流程
- 撰写技术文档及项目报告，支持团队知识积累与经验分享 关于您：
- 硕士及以上学历，电化学、化学工程、材料工程等相关专业
- 5年以上LFP体系设计经验
- 熟悉材料性能测试与评价方法，具备材料制备、电芯试制的实际操作经验
- 具备基本英语读写，口语能说加分
- 具备较强的分析与解决问题能力
- 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力
