- 负责Lid Attach工艺开发与优化，提升散热性能与良率
- 主导新工艺导入与验证，确保量产
- 监控生产制程稳定性，关键工艺参数CPK提升
- 分析解决生产异常，降低工艺相关报废率
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，材料、机械或微电子相关专业背景
2.3年以上先进封装工艺经验，精通Lid Attach或散热解决方案
- 熟练掌握DOE实验设计方法与SPC统计过程控制工具
- 具备跨部门协作能力，能主导工艺改善项目并达成KPI指标
