【岗位职责】

1. 直播策划与运营

* 负责团播团队的日常运营规划、直播排期及执行。

* 根据团队特点策划直播主题、内容及互动玩法。

* 设计直播间互动环节、游戏及节目流程，提升直播间氛围、用户参与度及留存。

* 负责直播现场控场，确保直播流程及团队配合顺畅。

* 根据运营需求，及时调整直播内容及运营策略。

2. 主播团队管理

* 负责团播主播的日常管理、排班及工作安排。

* 根据主播特点进行角色分工、内容定位及形象定位。

* 跟进主播日常直播状态，保持与主播的沟通及协调。

* 协调主播之间的配合及团队资源分配，确保直播节奏稳定、高效。

* 对主播的直播表现进行指导及反馈，提升团队整体表现。

3. 主播培训与提升

* 根据团队需求，组织主播进行基础培训及直播复盘。

* 针对话术、才艺、互动、配合度、控场表现等进行优化。

* 协助主播改善直播表现，提高直播间整体质量。

* 跟进主播执行情况，推动团队持续提升。

4. 数据监控与分析

* 实时监控直播间核心数据，包括观看人数、互动率、粉丝增长、直播时长、打赏收入等。

* 根据直播数据及团队表现进行复盘。

* 分析直播间流量及用户互动情况，找出问题并提出优化方案。

* 持续测试及优化直播内容、玩法及运营策略，提升直播效果及团队产出。

5. 短视频及内容运营

* 负责主播及团队的基础短视频内容规划。

* 根据主播定位协助策划短视频内容及账号推广方向。

* 跟进主播短视频拍摄及更新情况。

* 对视频内容进行基础质量把控，并及时反馈及督促执行。

6. 直播后勤与日常支持

* 负责直播过程中的基础后勤协调，确保直播能够正常进行。

* 跟进直播设备、场地及团队日常运营需求。

* 及时处理直播过程中出现的问题，并协调相关人员解决。

* 根据公司运营安排，执行其他与团播运营相关的工作。

【任职要求】

1. 有娱乐团播、TikTok相关运营或带团经验者优先。

2. 有实际团队管理经验，能够独立负责团播团队的日常运营。

3. 熟悉团播模式、直播生态及用户互动逻辑。

4. 熟悉 TikTok 团播流程、运营方式及平台规则。

5. 具备较强的团队统筹及协调能力，能够有效管理主播团队。

6. 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与主播及相关团队保持良好合作。

7. 具备较强的数据敏感度，能够通过直播数据发现问题并进行优化。

8. 具备较强的执行力及应变能力，能够快速响应直播运营需求。

9. 具备一定的直播间控场能力，能够处理直播过程中的突发情况。

10. 责任心强、积极主动，能够适应快节奏的直播行业工作环境。

11. 有成熟团播团队、现成团队资源或过往成功运营成绩者优先。

Group Livestream Operations Executive

Candidates with group livestream operations experience are preferred. Candidates without prior experience are also welcome — comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Livestream Planning & Operations

* Plan and manage the daily operations, livestream schedules, and execution of group livestream teams.

* Develop livestream themes, content, and interactive activities based on the team’s characteristics.

* Design interactive segments, games, and programme flows to enhance the livestream atmosphere, audience engagement, and viewer retention.

* Manage and coordinate the livestream in real time to ensure smooth execution and effective teamwork.

* Monitor livestream performance and make timely adjustments to content and operational strategies based on business needs.

2. Host / Talent Team Management

* Manage the daily operations, scheduling, and work arrangements of livestream hosts.

* Assign roles and develop content and positioning based on each host’s strengths and characteristics.

* Monitor hosts’ daily livestream performance and maintain effective communication and coordination with the team.

* Coordinate teamwork and resource allocation among hosts to ensure a stable and efficient livestreaming experience.

* Provide guidance and feedback on hosts’ livestream performance to improve overall team performance.

3. Host Training & Performance Improvement

* Organise basic training sessions and livestream reviews according to team requirements.

* Optimise hosts, scripting, communication, talents, audience interaction, teamwork, and livestream performance.

* Assist hosts in improving their livestreaming skills and overall content quality.

* Follow up on implementation and performance to drive continuous improvement within the team.

4. Data Monitoring & Analysis

* Monitor key livestream metrics, including viewership, engagement rate, follower growth, livestream hours, and gifting revenue.

* Conduct regular livestream performance reviews based on data and team performance.

* Analyse livestream traffic and audience engagement to identify issues and develop improvement strategies.

* Continuously test and optimise livestream content, interactive formats, and operational strategies to improve livestream performance and team revenue.

5. Short-Form Video & Content Operations

* Plan basic short-form video content for hosts and livestream teams.

* Develop short-form video ideas and account promotion strategies based on each host’s positioning.

* Follow up on hosts’ short-video production and posting schedules.

* Conduct basic quality checks on video content and provide timely feedback and follow-up.

6. Livestream Support & Daily Operations

* Coordinate basic operational and logistical matters during livestreams to ensure smooth execution.

* Follow up on livestream equipment, studio facilities, and daily team operational requirements.

* Respond promptly to issues that arise during livestreams and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them.

* Carry out other livestream operations-related duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements

1. Candidates with experience in entertainment group livestreaming, TikTok operations, or team management are preferred.

2. Proven team management experience, with the ability to independently manage the daily operations of a livestream team.

3. Good understanding of group livestreaming, the livestreaming ecosystem, and audience engagement.

4. Familiar with TikTok group livestreaming workflows, operational methods, and platform guidelines.

5. Strong team coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of livestream hosts.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hosts and other teams.

7. Strong data awareness and the ability to identify problems and opportunities through livestream performance data.

8. Strong execution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to operational needs.

9. Basic livestream room control skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations during livestreams.

10. Responsible, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced livestreaming environment.

11. Candidates with an existing group livestreaming team, established team resources, or proven successful livestreaming results will have an added advantage.
