成為貴賓室調酒師, 你將在貴賓室中擔任重要的角色，向顧客展示「設想周到」、「盡心盡力」和「積極求進」這三個關鍵品牌理念，透過了解顧客所需並提供無微不至的貴賓室體驗，讓所有關鍵時刻都令人難忘。

主要職責

• 以熱情和專業的態度為顧客提供優質服務
• 了解並分享飲料知識包括葡萄酒、烈酒、雞尾酒、茶等
• 協助顧客點餐並根據顧客需求作出推薦
• 提供餐飲服務，於有需要時根據要求調製特飲
• 了解顧客需求並提供優質餐飲服務
• 維持貴賓室整潔和餐飲庫存
• 支援主管以確保日常運營順暢及在需要時協助團隊其他成員

入職要求

• 可在香港合法受僱
• 年滿18歳
• 取得香港中學文憑或同等學歷以上
• 具流利英語溝通能力和書寫能力，懂廣東話及普通話者為佳
• 具機場、貴賓室、餐飲、高級餐廳、酒店或相關職位的工作經驗者優先
• 對葡萄酒、烈酒、雞尾酒和茶有相當的了解
• 具備團隊合作及顧客導向精神
• 需要輪班工作，願意於航班延誤時超時工作
• 由於你申請的職位屬於安全敏感崗位，因此入職前除了身體檢查之外，你還需要通過職前藥物測試 (測試將根據香港民航處 CAD373 - 精神科藥物篩查指引進行)

Reports to: Lounge Bar Supervisor

As the Lounge Bartender, you will play a crucial role at the lounge by demonstrating to our customers the 3 key brand values of ‘Thoughtful’, ‘Progressive’ & ‘Can-do Spirit’, making all the moments of truth memorable by understanding the voice of our customers and ensuring top-notch lounge experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to customers with warmth and professionalism and in accordance to company and legal standards relating to service, food safety, health and safety
• Stay updated on beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and tea
• Assist guests in taking orders and provide menu recommendations
• Ensure efficient delivery of drinks and snacks according to specifications
• Address bespoke drink requests and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and uphold stock levels
• Support Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist the rest of the lounge team if required

Requirements

• Right to work in Hong Kong
• Minimum age of 18
• High school graduate or above
• Standard of spoken and written English. Cantonese and Putonghua are an advantage
• Relevant working experience in catering hospitality, fine dining, sizeable luxury hotel, lounge, airport or in similar capacity is an advantage
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and tea
• Good team player, and customer-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work on shift schedules and work overtime if needed
• As the position is a Safety‑Sensitive Role, you are required to pass a pre‑employment drug test in accordance with the HKCAD Guidance for Screening of Psychoactive Substances (CAD373), in addition to a medical assessment

Working Hours

• Average 10 hours of work per day, 22 days per month. Shift work required with starting time 5am / 3pm
• Working hour may vary subject to flight schedule and operational needs
