机加工技术经理 Machining Technology Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责Job Responsibilities ： 1.公司机加工技术团队日常管理工作，制定计划提升公司机加工技术能力； Daily management of the company's machining technology team, make the plan to enhance the company's machining technology capabilities; 2.负责制定新产品加工工艺和方案，新产线设备选型； Responsible for defining machining process for new products,Equipment selection, CNC adjustment, and acceptance for the new production line; 3.负责新产品机加工部分报价，与客户对接进行新产品图纸评审； Responsible for quoting the machining part of new product and drawing review with customer

• 负责新产品机加工工装刀具，试漏清洗工装等的设计评审; Responsible for the design review of machining tools and fixtures，leakage test and washing fixtures for new products;
• 负责参与新产品试生产并及时处理试生产过程发生的技术问题，逐步优化新产品生产节拍；

Responsible for participating in trial runs of new project and solving the technical issues during the process,optimize the cycle time of machining production 6.负责机加工工艺的技改项目，机加工场地布局优化，支持生产部解决量产中发生的技术问题。

Responsible for technical renovation projects in machining processes, optimizing the layout of machining workshops, and supporting the production department to solve technical issues during mass production. 7.负责新组建的机加工夹具制作车间的规划及日常管理，包括公司内和外部新品和复制夹具检具设计和制作。 Responsible for the planning and daily management of the newly established machining fixture production workshop, including the design and manufacture of internal and external new and copy fixtures and inspection tools. 任职资格Qualifications： 1、本科以上学历，材料学、机械设计与制造背景优先或3年以上生产型企业同岗位工作经验; Bachelor degree or above, material science, mechanical design and manufacturing background is preferred or more than 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment; 2、跨部门协调能力强，可联动生产、品质、供应链等部门推进技术问题闭环; With strong cross-departmental coordination ability, you can collaborate with production, quality, supply chain and other departments to promote the closed-loop resolution of technical issues. 3、通晓成本控制的方法与手段，成本控制意识强; Understanding of cost control methods and means, a strong sense of cost control; 4、具备技术团队管理能力，能牵头搭建工艺技术体系，完成人员技能培训与梯队建设; Own the capability of technical team management, take the lead in establishing the technology system, and complete personnel skill training and construction. 5、工作严谨负责，具备较强的抗压能力、问题分析能力和成本优化意识; Strong stress resistance, problem analysis ability and cost optimization awareness. 6、精通机加工工艺和多种品牌机加工设备; Familiar with machining process and kinds of equipment ; 7、熟悉使用各种办公软件,如UG、SolidWorks等三维软件 With the use of various office softwares,such as UG、SolidWorks 优先条件（Preferred Qualifications）： 1. 有汽车底盘件、结构件、铝 / 铸铁件开发经验者优先。 Development experience for automotive, structural parts, aluminum/cast iron parts is preferred. 2优异的英语听说读写能力者优先;. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred
