Management Trainee (QA)

Responsibilities:

质量保证（QA）：
Quality Assurance (QA):

确保所有产品保持良好质量、使用正确的包装，并根据每日及每周生产计划按时完成生产。
Ensure all products are maintained in good quality, packed in the correct packaging, and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan.

通过监督及分配日常工作，确保QC或QA的运营目标达成，并及时发现工作中的差距及问题。
Achieve QC or QA operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-to-day activities, and identifying gaps and problems.

协助检查退回的样品，对所有退货进行根本原因分析（Root Cause Analysis）及失效分析（Failure Analysis），并采取纠正措施。
Assist with returned sample inspections, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigations on all returns, and take corrective action.

负责维护检查记录、质量相关文件、代码、标准及规格。
Responsible for maintaining inspection records, quality-related documents, codes, standards, and specifications.

职位要求：
Requirements:

拥有任何领域的文凭（Diploma）或学士学位（Bachelor's Degree）。
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.

曾在制造业或生产环境担任主管职位，并拥有至少3年的工作经验。
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment, with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.

欢迎应届毕业生及初级职位申请者。
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

具备优秀的领导能力及沟通能力，能够激励和带领团队。
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

具备良好的组织能力及解决问题的能力。
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.

愿意并能够根据工作需要在周末上班。
Willingness and ability to work on weekends, as required.

每周工作5天，休息2天。（仅需上早班）
Available to work a 5-day week with 2 days off. (Morning shift only)

会说和书写华语者优先/属于额外优势。
Able to speak and write in Chinese is an added advantage.

薪资最高可达RM4,500（底薪 + 津贴 + 加班费）。
Salary up to RM4,500 (Basic + Allowances + OT).
