• Sales Strategy & Market Development 销售策略与市场开发 --Build and execute China sales strategy for warp knitting products, covering key regions, customer segments, revenue targets and margin improvement actions. 制定并执行中国区经编产品销售策略，覆盖重点区域、客户细分、销售目标及利润改善措施。
• Market Intelligence & Key Accounts 市场洞察与重点客户 --Track warp knitting market trends and manage key accounts, dealers and OEM-related customers; identify opportunities in technical textiles, automotive interiors, functional apparel, footwear materials, industrial fabrics and customized applications. 跟踪经编市场趋势，管理重点客户、经销商及OEM相关客户，识别产业用纺织品、汽车内饰、功能服饰、鞋材、工业用布及定制化应用机会。
• Customer & Technical Coordination 客户与技术协同 --Conduct regular customer visits and technical discussions to understand application needs, quality expectations, price sensitivity, forecast changes and product development requirements. 定期拜访客户并开展技术交流，了解应用需求、质量期望、价格敏感度、预测变化及产品开发要求。
• Operational Planning & Complaint Handling 运营计划与投诉处理 --Coordinate with order processing, purchasing, quality, production and German headquarters to secure quotation accuracy, delivery reliability, complaint resolution, demand forecasting, purchasing plan and safety stock planning. 协同订单处理、采购、质量、生产及德国总部，确保报价准确性、交付可靠性、投诉解决、需求预测、采购计划和安全库存规划。
• Team Leadership & Reporting 团队领导与汇报 --Lead, coach and organize the warp knitting sales team; provide regular market, customer and competitor updates to management and headquarters to support strategic decisions. 领导、辅导并组织经编销售团队；定期向管理层及总部提供市场、客户和竞争对手更新，支持战略决策。 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件： Education & Major 学历与专业 Bachelor degree or above; major in textile engineering, material science, mechanical engineering, business administration or related fields is preferred. 本科及以上学历，纺织工程、材料科学、机械工程、工商管理或相关专业优先。 Working Experience工作经验 Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in warp knitting, technical textiles, textile machinery, automotive textiles, functional fabrics or related industrial markets; people management experience is preferred for manager level. Minimum 8 years of overall working experience in B2B industrial sales, textile industry, technical product sales or customer-facing commercial roles. 至少5年以上经编、产业用纺织品、纺织机械、汽车用纺织品、功能性面料或相关工业市场的销售/业务开发经验；经理级岗位优先具备团队管理经验。至少8年以上B2B工业品销售、纺织行业、技术型产品销售或客户导向商务岗位整体工作经验。 Professional Knowledge & Skills专业知识与技能 Solid understanding of warp knitting applications, fabric structures, raw materials and customer production processes; ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions.
