• Manufacturing Engineering & Process Development制造工程与工艺开发 Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. 负责制造工艺开发与优化，提升安全、质量、效率和成本表现； Drive new product industrialization and localization projects. 推动新产品导入（NPI）及本地化项目落地； Develop scalable and standardized production processes. 建立标准化、可复制的生产流程； Define long-term manufacturing process strategies. 制定长期制造工艺发展战略。
• Automation & Digitalization自动化与数字化转型 Lead implementation of automation solutions and smart manufacturing technologies. 推动自动化生产线、机器人及智能制造解决方案应用； Promote MES, production data collection, KPI dashboards, and digital tools. 推广MES系统、生产数据采集及数字化管理工具； Support the site's Industry 4.0 roadmap. 支持工厂工业4.0发展战略。
• Continuous Improvement持续改 Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement programs. 推进精益生产和持续改善文化； Lead Kaizen initiatives and productivity improvement projects. 主导Kaizen及生产效率提升项目； Optimize production routing and operational efficiency. 优化工艺流程，提高运营效率。
• Quality, Safety & Compliance质量、安全与合规 Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and regulatory requirements. 确保制造过程符合质量及法规要求； Support SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) initiatives. 推动安全、健康及环保体系建设； Drive process capability improvement and error-proofing programs. 持续提升工艺能力与防错水平。
• Leadership & Team Development团队管理与发展 Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team. 管理并培养制造工程团队； Build capabilities in automation, digitalization, and advanced manufacturing. 提升团队在自动化、数字化和先进制造领域能力； Foster a high-performance and collaborative working environment. 建立高绩效、协作型团队文化。
• Project & Investment Management项目与投资管理 Manage manufacturing engineering budget and CAPEX projects. 负责制造工程预算及CAPEX项目管理； Drive investment initiatives related to automation, process improvement, and technology upgrades. 推动自动化及设备升级投资项目； Ensure delivery of productivity, quality, and financial targets. 确保实现生产效率、质量和财务目标。 职位要求：
• Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline. Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related major preferred. 工程类相关专业硕士及以上学历；机械工程，工业工程等相关专业优先。 2. 5-10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Development. Proven experience in industrial manufacturing environments. Strong experience in automation, industrialization, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Previous people management experience is required. Experience with Industry 4.0, MES, or digital manufacturing tools is highly preferred. 5年以上制造工程或工艺开发经验； 具备工业制造领域实践经验； 熟悉自动化、工业化导入、精益生产及持续改善； 有团队管理经验； 具备MES、工业4.0或数字化制造经验者优先。
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment. 优秀的领导力和跨部门协作能力； 数据分析及系统性问题解决能力； 良好的中英文沟通能力； 具备跨文化团队合作经验。
