（高级）供应链经理-Master Planner

该职位来源于猎聘 ELP Master Planning（ELP 生产主计划） Key Responsibilities | 主要职责 Demand & Production Planning 需求与生产计划 每月审核和分析内外部需求预测，识别异常并推动沟通解决 Conduct monthly internal and external demand reviews and drive issue resolution 根据需求预测及客户订单制定短期和长期生产计划（含进出口） Develop short- and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts and customer orders (including import & export) 基于库存、需求及产能情况，细化生产计划并制定主生产计划（MPS） Translate production plans into Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on inventory, demand, and capacity Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协同 与法规团队紧密合作，评估法规变化对生产计划的影响并确保合规 Work closely with Regulatory to assess impacts of changes and ensure compliant planning 与生产、质量及相关部门协作，平衡产能并优化排产，提高执行效率 Collaborate with Production, QA/QC and other functions to balance capacity and ensure efficient MPS execution 与工艺团队共同解决问题，并作为其与供应链之间的沟通桥梁 Partner with Process Team to resolve issues and act as a liaison with Supply Chain functions Execution & Scheduling 计划执行与排程 在SAP中执行主生产计划，包括物料检查、工单转换及释放 Run MPS in SAP, validate material availability, and release production orders 基于客户需求与产能情况，进行精细化生产排程 Conduct detailed production scheduling based on demand and capacity 预判异常情况并及时调整生产计划 Proactively identify risks and adjust production plans Material & Inventory Management 物料与库存管理 制定物料需求计划并及时发起采购申请，确保生产需求 Generate material requirements and ensure timely purchase requisitions 协调物料需求（含外部供应物料），确保供应保障 Coordinate material requirements and support procurement execution 监控库存及短缺情况，并与采购协同解决风险 Monitor inventory status and coordinate with purchasing on shortages 严格库存管理，监控有效期与复验期，实现成本与服务水平平衡 Maintain effective inventory control, monitor expiry/retest, and optimize inventory levels Data, Reporting & Compliance 数据与合规 支持SAP中MRP主数据维护 Support MRP master data maintenance in SAP 定期输出计划与库存相关分析报告（如呆滞物料、复验需求等） Prepare regular reporting on planning and inventory performance 维护并遵循相关政策与SOP，确保合规 Maintain and follow policies and SOPs to ensure compliance 审核并批准BOM Review and approve BOM Continuous Improvement & Governance 持续改进与管理 持续优化计划流程与系统，符合质量与合规要求 Drive continuous improvement of planning processes aligned with quality standards 作为变更控制负责人，管理供应链相关变更 Act as Change Control Owner for supply chain-related changes Performance Management 绩效管理 负责生产计划、需求及产能管理相关指标的维护与持续优化 Maintain and improve metrics related to production planning, demand, and capacity Others 其他职责 支持团队并完成主管安排的其他工作 Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
