该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary 职位概述 Determine the material requirements and place orders in time 物料需求的确定，并及时下单采购 Main Responsibilities 主要职责

• Develop order strategy to set up reasonable purchase frequency and batch according to MPS. 根据主计划制定订单策略设置合理的采购频次和批量。
• Purchase order management 采购定单管理 (及时下单，确认,准时交付率)
• Missing parts analysis, tracking and prevention 缺件的分析，跟踪及预防
• Analysis and determination of expired material and excessive purchase 过期料件及过多采购件的分析及确定
• Cooperate with purchasing to determine the purchase quantity and Leadtime与采购合作，确定采购批量和采购周期
• Drive safety stock setting and framework purchase agreement.推动框架采购协议执行以及安全库存管理。
• Inventory level control 库存量控制 Skills and Qualifications 任职资格
• College degree or above 大专或以上学历
• 5 years above working experience, 3 years above working experience related material management五年以上工作经验，三年以上物料管理经验
• Experience in inventory system management 库存系统管理经验
• Familiar with office software 熟练操作办公软件
• Experience in SAP system 有SAP系统操作经验
• Fluent English both in reading and writing 良好的英语读写能力
• Possess mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, organizing and coordinating ability, teamwork spirit具备成熟的人际交往能力，性格开朗，较强的组织协调能力和团队合作精神
• Responsible and efficiency oriented 富有责任心并注重工作效率
• Fast learner and willing to work under pressure 学习能力强并具备抗压性
