该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 负责瑞萨RH850（U2A系列）MCU的bring up，包括时钟、中断、外设初始化及硬件稳定性验证 使用Vector/EB/普华等工具链，完成AUTOSAR模块配置与集成（MCAL/BSW/RTE） 开发SWC应用层模块，处理CAN/CANFD通信、诊断、NVM管理等 解决bring up及集成过程中的底层问题，配合团队完成项目交付 任职要求 熟练掌握瑞萨RH850系列MCU，有实际bring up或量产项目经验 熟悉AUTOSAR分层架构，能独立配置MCAL/BSW/RTE 熟练掌握以下外设：时钟、SPI、IIC、UART、ADC、CAN、NVM、看门狗 熟悉MISRA C/C++，代码质量高 具备单元测试/集成测试经验
