What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责汽车电子MCU软件总体架构设计，包括应用层、服务层、驱动层的分层架构
- 主导Bootloader、OTA升级、诊断、网络通信等关键技术方案设计
- 制定软件开发规范、编码规范及模块接口规范，确保代码质量达标率95%+
- 负责软件需求分析和技术评审，每月完成2-3次代码Review
- 推动ISO26262功能安全和ISO21434网络安全标准落地实施
任职要求：
- 计算机/电子/自动化本科，8年嵌入式开发经验，3年汽车电子架构经验
- 精通C/Embedded C，掌握RTOS(FreeRTOS/ThreadX/AUTOSAR OS)
- 熟悉CAN/LIN/Ethernet协议栈，具备UDS诊断协议实施经验
- 掌握Bootloader设计及FOTA/SOTA升级机制，A/B升级成功率≥99%
- 具备Secure Boot/HSM/Crypto等安全方案实施能力
- 熟练使用Vector CANoe、Git等开发工具，AUTOSAR项目经验优先 具有以下经验优先： AUTOSAR项目经验 座舱娱乐系统项目经验
