该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、客户对接,设备导入以及设备DFM review. 2、对设备,电气,软体有一定分析能力和检修能力. 3、与研发,品质,生产等部门协作,推动新设备导入. 4、设计与制作工装夹具,提升生产效率与产品质量. 5、优化生产工艺流程,提高生产效率与良率. 6、跟进新设备的试产,验收及优化.制定设备操作规程与保养计划. 岗位要求：
1、有一定的英语口语能力；兼具英语听说优秀者作为TPM-ME部门主管后备人才培养。 2、能看懂2D/3D图纸，兼具会使用PROE/CAD等软件佳。 3、抗压自驱，具备较强的协调、沟通和带团队能力，有A客户对接经验优先。 4、五年以上工作经验；本科或以上学历；CET-4或以上。
