5.1畅通公司和员工沟通渠道，政策传递与实施
5.2陪同客户稽核和第三方审核
5.3与客户沟通交流产品生产工艺问题 6.新工艺评估 7.编制程序文件 8.ME人员招聘培训管理 岗位职责： 1.熟悉TS16949和汽车电子产品者优先 2.精通PCBA(SMT+DIP+Coating+Assembly等)生产工艺制程 3.熟悉SMT、DIP、Coating等相关生产设备和相关耗材 4.熟练应用CAM350软件及各种办公软件 5.熟悉TS16949&ISO9001&ISO14001&OHSAS18001等体系要求 6.良好的主导、沟通、协调、抗压能力 7.熟悉SMT&DIP治工具制作则更优
