测量工程师/Measuring Engineer

工作任务 Tasks: 1. 新产品，国产化及 PHR 专项项目的检具规划、设计、评审、验收及管理； Design, review, acceptance, and management of gages for projects (include new product, localization part, PHR). - 被测物料的工装检具需求及设计评估，满足样品测量及量产来料检验的需求； Evaluate tooling and gaging requirements & design for tested materials, ensure the requirements for incoming material inspection during sample measurement and mass production stages are fulfilled. - 验收本部门使用的检具，确保检具公差满足测量精度要求； Verify the inspection fixtures used by the department to ensure the tolerances meet measurement accuracy requirements. - 针对已有检具通过MSA分析并采取措施，提升检具能力； Analyse existing inspection fixtures through MSA and implement measures to improve fixture capability. 2. 测量设备的评估，选型，购买，以及使用方法的制定； Evaluation, selection, procurement, and development of usage procedures for measurement equipment; - 根据被测物料的特性要求，制定测量标准，评估测量设备的能力； Establish measurement standards based on the characteristics of the tested material and evaluate the capability of the measurement equipment. - 已有设备的测试原理梳理及测试方法完善，并在更新后培训技术员； Review the testing principles for existing equipment and refine testing methods, then train technicians after implementation. - 新测试需求的评估，选择合适的测试设备, 并建立测量仪器和实验设备的作业指导并培训技术员； Evaluate new testing requirements, select appropriate testing equipment, and train technicians after establishing operating instructions for measuring instruments and experimental equipment. 3. 供应商及公司内部样品测量报告的审核。 Review of Supplier and Internal Sample Measurement Reports. - 根据EBM的测量要求，制定原材料样品的测量方法，并与供应商统一； Develop measurement methods for raw material samples according to EBM requirements and align them with suppliers. - 与新供应商传递已有物料的测量方法，要求供应商按照EBM要求测量； Transfer existing material measurement methods to new suppliers and require them to measure according to EBM requirements. - 供应商及内部样品测量报告的审核。 Review of Supplier and Internal Sample Measurement Reports. 4. 计量设备的校准管理： Calibration Management of Measuring Equipment: - 制定工厂新计量仪器/设备的校准要求； Establish calibration requirements for new measuring instruments/equipment; - 外部供应商校准能力评估； External Supplier Calibration Capability Assessment. - 审核年度校准计划并监控执行情况。 Review the annual calibration plan and monitor the implementation. 5. 支持其他区域测量能力的规划和建立。 Support the development and establishment of measurement capabilities in other regions. 6. 执行上级主管安排的其他工作。 Some other tasks from supervisor

岗位要求 Requirements： 1. 本科及以上学历，机械、机电相关专业毕业 Bachelor degree or above, mechanical \electrical related major 2. 3年以上制造工厂相关工作经验Above 3 years’ experience on manufacture is preferred 3. 较好的逻辑思维，问题和思考能力Good logic thinking on problem analysis and solving. 4. 熟悉各种测量仪器如CMM、投影仪，蓝光扫描仪等等Familiar with operation of CMM, Video Measuring machine，Gom etc. 5. 很强GD&T知识和检具开发技能Strong skill on GD&T knowledge and gauge/tooling/fixture development. 6. 熟练使用CAD，Creo等二维，三维制图工具 Experienced in using 2D and 3D drafting tools such as CAD and Creo. 7. 具备质量工具的应用知识，如MSA、IS09001,了解IATF16949 Knowledge on quality tool ,as MSA, ISO9001 and IATF16949。 8. 计算机熟练，并能读懂英文图纸Good skill in computer and well understand the drawing in English.
