MFG Production Leader

• ‌全面负责各自班组的生产安全，生产质量管理，生产现场管理
• 负责全员基础培训和其他再培训
• ‌支持分析PPM和OEE未达成目标项的分析和跟踪
• ‌支持现场持续改善团队，包括各类型的成本降低的改善
• ‌通过现场管理确保PPM和外部质量投诉的降到最低
• ‌确保生产过程的有效性，并定期进行稽核
• 根据生产计划合理安排生产资源，确保没有任何故障或计划延误
