该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 收集分析国内外继电器工艺、研发技术及同行实绩，对标行业动态，推进制程改善与新技术创新。 2. 联动设计团队梳理生产重点课题，独立立项、推进工艺改善项目，牵引制程技术升级。 3. 明确工装、夹具、搬送机构品质与安全规格，负责新品试作设备导入、治具设计及试产推进。 4. 沉淀工艺成果，完成技术标准化、手册化，实现组织经验共享。 5. 跨部门协同推进新品开发与量产优化，熟练使用Office完成数据、报告及课题汇报。 岗位要求： 1.大学本科及以上学历，3年以上理工科（机械、机电、自动化相关专业） 2.3年及以上继电器（EMR・EVR）现场技术经验 3.大学英语4级或日语N2及以上 4.对继电器制造生产线有丰富且深刻的认知，熟悉快速开发和验证工作
