该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、协助制定新产品开发阶段的质量目标与质量策划方案； 2、参与APQP活动计划的制定，跟进各阶段质量交付物的完成进度； 3、参与QFD质量需求转化、风险识别及设计评审，协助输出CTQ清单； 4、协助试验验证方案（DVP）的编制与进度跟踪，参与质量门评审。 任职要求： 1、2027届本科及以上学历，机械设计、制冷与低温工程、电气工程、自动化、质量管理等相关专业； 2、了解APQP、FMEA等质量管理工具基础知识，有相关实习或项目经验者优先； 3、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和跨部门沟通协调能力；
