该职位来源于猎聘 1.产品图纸评审与反馈，拟定Process Flow，各制程DFM汇总并上传，审批Should Be工程参数 2.产品制程图纸转化与制程公差分配，外购件产品设计，厂内产品图纸发行与受控 3.负责BOM&Routing的制定与优化 4.MTD审核，品质控制计划审核 5.模具/夹具/自动化清单确认 6.参加内部模具、夹治具、自动化的DFM与设计评审 7.负责各Build过程中技术问题的汇总，并推动协调各制程解决问题，针对MIL提出的问题，协助提供原因分析与改善方案，并追踪解决 8.负责FAI/CPK NG尺寸分析与改进方案讨论； Waiver report分析 9.DOE的设计，DOE过程监控与追踪，验证结果分析 10.模具及线体调试进度以及Qualification Report整理、上传 11.主导Process flow与Should Be优化 12.主导与客户PD/SBE/MDE/Tooling/Automation等技术人员进行技术问题沟通及事项追踪 13.新制程/新材料开发需求发起，领导、协调各制程开发与验证 14.项目lesson learn汇整
