该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 设计并开发面向机器人系统的具身智能算法框架与模型架构 2. 优化多模态感知数据融合算法，提升机器人在复杂工业场景的环境理解能力 3. 构建机器人运动规划与控制的核心算法模块，确保系统实时响应性能 4. 研发基于强化学习的机器人自主决策模型，提高任务执行适应性 5. 开展工业控制系统的嵌入式算法移植与性能调优工作 6. 持续跟踪具身智能领域前沿技术进展，推进算法创新与成果转化 职位要求： 1. 计算机科学、人工智能、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历 2. 在校期间参与过机器人学习/控制系统算法研发项目，具有工业场景项目实践者优先 3. 精通Python/C++编程，熟练应用PyTorch/TensorFlow框架及ROS系统 4. 掌握强化学习、运动规划、多传感器融合等核心技术原理 5. 拥有机器人竞赛获奖成果或高端会议论文发表记录者优先考虑
