该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责MOCVD机台的日常运行，日常报告性能指标并确保机台按时交付所需的产品和成本控制 2、负责InP基MOCVD外延生长配方的生成和维护、外延工艺管控及优化 3、负责InP基激光器和探测器的MOCVD Basewafer工艺开发 4、管理/实施改善项目以提升绩效，以世界先进工艺水平为目标 5、负责外延片的日常测试 (PL/ECV/surface scan/Xrd/Hall等) 任职要求： 1、硕士以上学历，主修材料、微电子、物理、光电子等科学领域或相关专业。
2、2年以上III-V族半导体或 LED 公司 MOCVD 外延工艺实践经验。
3、精通 MOCVD 外延工艺和外延片特性测试, 熟悉MOCVD 设备, PL, XRD, ECV, Surface Scan, Hall 等测试设备
