该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责摄像头模组molding工艺开发及验证，主导完成3个以上新产品导入项目 2.优化注塑成型工艺参数，将产品良率提升至98%以上 3.建立标准化工艺流程文件，每年完成不少于5份工艺规范 4.解决生产异常问题，将问题关闭周期控制在48小时内 5.开展新工艺研究，每年主导1-2项技术创新项目 任职要求： 1.机械/材料/电子类专业专科以上学历，4年以上相关行业经验 2.精通注塑成型工艺，熟悉LCP/PPS等工程塑料特性 3.具备3年以上molding工艺开发经验，主导过百万级量产项目 4.熟悉DOE实验设计方法，能独立完成工艺优化方案 5.持有Six Sigma绿带或黑带认证者优先
