该职位来源于猎聘 Set up team management system which include safe working environment and o-chart development and equipments&knowledge database and structure and promote TPM culture etc Set up team competency modeling and development plan and succession plan accordingly Set up and drive department KPI to all staffs Ensure effective management of performance of the department to meet business needs. Evaluate and control the team member's performance as KPI requirement. Establish the upgrade the relevant procedures and working flows for the equipment managing and maintenance. Set up and implement the standard working instruction for positions in department. Ensure and drive the implementation of the equipment maintenance planning, troubleshooting on time, spare parts, fixture & tooling planning, and support other project's requirements from production and/or relevant departments Organize & implement equipment overall plan, preventive maintenance work Take ownership of equipment records system， records of maintenance, lesson learns etc. Promote safe working methods and to improve the safe environment， and ensuring effectiveness Mentor Maintenance Engineers on Nexteer practices and procedures To train and guide the team member to develop their career path planning, improvement for technical skill and capability, and upgrading of knowledge. Cooperate with ME team on installation, commissioning and final acceptance of new equipment. Drive digitalization upgrading such as launch MES-EMS system or other digitalization programs which can improve the efficiency of machine management
