- 負責 NB 電子料供應管理，確保整體供應穩定，並主導重大缺料、Allocation（配額）及供應風險之協調與處理。
- 管控供應商交期、履約、產能及服務品質，針對異常進行分析並推動改善計畫，確保生產與出貨需求。
- 負責庫存與成本管理，包含安全庫存策略、Risk Buy、E&O（呆滯料）提報及 Inventory Cost 管控，降低庫存與營運風險。
- 帶領採購團隊進行工作與資源配置，處理重大供應異常，並與研發、PM、生產、物控及供應商等跨單位協作，推動問題解決。
