• Participation in market analyses to generate contacts 参与市场分析，以开发潜在客户联系人。
• Generation of inquiries and new business with new customers 发掘新客户需求并开拓新业务。
• Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and travel activities 参加行业展会、客户活动及商务活动。
• Follow-up and conversion of leads into qualified leads (prospective customers) 对销售线索进行跟进并将其转化为合格潜在客户。
• Preparation of offers and contract negotiations 准备报价方案并进行合同谈判。
• Implementation and achievement of sales targets 执行并完成销售目标。
• Taking care of and consulting for new customers 维护与咨询新客户，为其提供服务支持。
• Regular reporting and documentation of sales activities 定期提交销售报告并完成文档归档。
• Create and maintenance the customers‘ information in CRM System. 在CRM系统中创建并维护客户信息。

Technical or commercial university degree 持有工科/商科类大学学位。 Working Experience工作经验

have 5years sales and business development experience in medical device industry with springs and stamping parts sales experience plus. 具备5年及以上医疗器械行业销售业务开发经验，具备弹簧及冲压件销售经验尤佳。 Professional Knowledge & Skills专业知识与技能 Commercial or technical apprenticeship alternative 具备商科或技术类知识背景 了解 Competencies & Personal Attributes能力素质 Strong communication and negotiation skills出色的沟通与谈判技巧 Demonstrates strong influencing skills展现出较强的影响力 Open-minded and receptive to new ideas思想开放，乐于接受新观点 Language语言要求 English (business fluent), other languages are an advantage 流利地商务英语，掌握其他语言者更佳。 Others 其他要求 Flexibility & willingness to travel 适应性强，能接受出差。
