该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1、识别评估：基于法律法规/监管制度/风险发生情况识别风险，评估公司制度/流程/系统管控有效性，制定、完善风险监控规则 2、风险监控：基于风险监控规则，自动化提取异常/疑似异常数据 3、风险处置：开展或统筹开展风险管控工作，如存量数据治理、针对风险事件的专项自查自纠等 4、风险审计：制定审计计划并执行，基于审计情况，推动制度/流程/系统不断完善、闭环风险管理 5、反洗钱自查/迎检：承接监管/内部要求，统筹本机构或指导下辖机构开展反洗钱专项工作如洗钱风险自评估问卷填报、迎检数据报送及自查整改等；统筹临时工作如迎检统筹、各类调研问卷填报等 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融/保险/管理类相关专业优先 2、具备较强的逻辑分析能力、沟通表达能力、自驱力 工作城市 深圳市 面试城市 深圳市、线上面试
