Job Description
- 業務開發與客戶維繫：主動開發具潛力之 OBU 企業客戶，深耕既有客戶關係，掌握客戶營運狀況與財務需求，提供客製化跨境金融解決方案。
- 授信與風險管理：負責撰寫高品質之授信評估報告 (Credit Proposal)，進行產業分析與財務模型建構；落實貸後管理 (Post-lending Management) 與預警機制，確保資產品質。
- 產品交叉跨售：協同 TMU、外匯、貿易融資、財富管理與聯貸等產品團隊，推展多元化金融產品，極大化客戶貢獻度 (AUM & Revenue)。
- 法遵與內控落實：督導並確保客戶開戶、交易及授信流程符合主管機關及行內 KYC (認識客戶)、CDD (客戶盡職調查) 與 AML (防制洗錢) 之相關規範。
- 專案與團隊協作：指導與帶領 ARM 執行日常業務，提升團隊整體專業能力與運作效率。
