Operation Executive (Logistics / Freight Forwarder)

Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Order & Freight Tracking / 订单与物流跟进:

Responsible for end-to-end operation execution, tracking international import/export shipments, freight status, and warehouse dispatching in real time.

负责进出口货物海运/空运及陆运的全流程操作跟进，实时监控货物运输、清关及仓储派送状态。

• Documentation & Customs Coordination / 单证与清关对接:

Prepare, review, and process shipping documents (such as B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Customs Declarations) to ensure compliance and smooth clearance.

负责提单、商业发票、装箱单、产地证及清关单据的准备、审核与归档，确保符合进出口法规，保障顺利清关。

• Vendor & Channel Coordination / 承运商与渠道对接:

Maintain daily communication with shipping lines, air carriers, customs brokers, trucking fleets, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient execution.

与船公司、航空公司、报关行、拖车车队及海外仓团队保持高效沟通，确保各环节衔接顺畅。

• Anomaly & Escalation Handling / 异常处理与协调:

Promptly identify, handle, and escalate operational issues (e.g., shipping delays, customs holds, damaged cargo, weight discrepancies) and provide viable solutions.

及时发现并妥善处理运输延迟、海关扣查、货物破损、重体积差异等操作异常，并提供解决方案。

• Data Entry & Expense Verification / 系统录入与费用结算:

Accurately update logistics systems (TMS/ERP) and audit operational cost invoices, demurrage/detention fees, and carrier bills.

准确录入物流系统数据，核对及审核操作过程中产生的各项运费、滞港费、杂费等账单。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Education & Experience / 学历与经验:

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related disciplines. 1+ years of operational experience in freight forwarding, cross-border e-commerce, or logistics is preferred (fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered).

物流、供应链、国际贸易等相关专业优先；具备 1 年以上货代、跨境物流或供应链操作经验者优先（优秀应届生亦可考虑）。

• Language Proficiency / 语言能力:

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Malay or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage for local communication.

精通中文与英语（听说读写）；熟悉马来语或印尼语者优先，以便与当地供应商及团队对接。

• System & Technical Skills / 系统与技能:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP / WMS / TMS logistics management systems.

熟练使用 Office 办公软件（尤其是 Excel），熟悉 ERP、WMS 或 TMS 等物流管理系统者优先。

• Soft Skills & Mindset / 综合素质:

Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance, and excellent communication skills.
