Operations Trainee (Engineering)

1. 工厂运营与工艺监控

• 学习并协助工业气体工厂及空分装置（ASU）的运营，涵盖工厂设备、关键工艺参数、DCS/PLC系统及生产绩效的监控。
• 掌握氮气、氧气及氩气生产的实务知识，协助正常运营、开机及停机作业，并识别异常工况、响应报警与联锁。
• 执行日常工厂巡检，监控运行状态，维护准确的操作记录、日志及生产数据。

2. 维护与设备实践

• 接触机械、电气及仪表/控制系统，理解关键ASU设备的运行原理。
• 与可靠性团队密切合作，积累预防性及纠正性维护的实务经验。
• 协助故障排查与根本原因分析，并逐步建立维护计划与协调方面的认知。

3. 安全、健康与环境

• 遵循公司HSE政策、程序及安全作业规范，包括作业许可制度及过程安全管理要求。
• 建立风险评估实务知识，参与应急演练及事故调查。
• 识别工业气体工厂危害，及时上报不安全状况及事件，积极推动安全文化建设。

4. 生产与运营卓越

• 通过有效的工厂监控，协助运营团队实现生产、质量、可靠性及效率目标。
• 分析生产及运行数据，识别改进机会，协助优化工厂运行参数。
• 参与持续改进、成本节约及运营项目，聚焦能源效率与生产绩效。

5. 文件管理与合规

• 维护准确的操作及生产记录，遵循并协助更新SOP、作业指导书及操作规程。
• 确保各项活动符合马来西亚适用法规及公司要求，并为内外部审核提供支持。

6. 根据需要执行临时任务及项目。

7. 承担为支持公司不断变化的业务需求、运营优先事项或战略举措所需的任何额外职责、责任或临时任务，包括适应变化的工作要求，以确保业务运营的连续性与有效性。

8. 支持、参与并承担与公司所采用或拟认证的管理体系相关的角色，包括但不限于ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO 45001、HALAL、GDPMD及其他相关标准。

9. 根据业务、运营、审核、合规或客户需求，前往公司场地、客户、供应商、监管机构或其他相关地点。差旅可为计划性或临时性，视业务优先事项而定。

1. Plant Operations & Process Monitoring

• Learn and support the operation of industrial gas plants and ASU processes, including monitoring plant equipment, key process parameters, DCS/PLC systems and production performance.
• Gain practical knowledge of Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Argon production, and support normal operations, start-up and shutdown activities while identifying abnormal operating conditions and responding to alarms and interlocks.
• Conduct routine plant inspections, monitor operating conditions, and maintain accurate operational records, log sheets and production data.

2. Maintenance & Equipment Exposure

• Gain exposure to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation/control systems and understand the operation of key ASU equipment.
• Work closely with Reliability teams and gain practical exposure to preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, while developing an understanding of maintenance planning and coordination.

3. Safety, Health & Environment

• Follow company HSE policies, procedures and safe working practices, including Permit-to-Work, and Process Safety Management requirements.
• Develop practical knowledge of risk assessment and participate in emergency response drills and incident investigations.
• Understand industrial gas plant hazards, promptly report unsafe conditions and incidents, and actively promote a strong safety culture.

4. Production & Operational Excellence

• Support the Operations team in achieving production, quality, reliability and efficiency targets through effective plant monitoring.
• Analyse production and operating data to identify improvement opportunities and support optimisation of plant operating parameters.
• Participate in continuous improvement, cost-saving and operational projects, with a focus on energy efficiency and production performance.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate operational and production records while following and supporting the update of SOPs, work instructions and operating procedures.
• Ensure activities comply with applicable Malaysian regulations and company requirements, and provide support for internal and external audits.

6. Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

7. To undertake any additional duties, responsibilities, or temporary assignments as may be required to support evolving business needs, operational priorities, or strategic initiatives of the Company. This includes adapting to changing work requirements to ensure continuity and effectiveness of business operations.

 8. To support, participate in, and assume roles related to any management systems that the Company subscribes to or intends to be certified in, including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HALAL, GDPMD, and other relevant standards.

 9. To travel to company sites, customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, or other relevant locations as required to fulfil business, operational, audit, compliance, or customer-related needs. Travel may be scheduled or ad-hoc depending on business priorities.
