该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、产能管理：负责全球产能投放的总策划与执行追踪，建立跨区域协同机制实现闭环管理，确保产能释放与市场需求精准匹配 2、费用管理：统筹全生命周期经营策划的执行与落地，通过战略目标分解、资源协同及风险预控建立闭环管控机制，确保MVA的精准达成 3、流程管理：推动流程标准化，制定和优化OPM管理标准化，并通过项目复盘进行执行改善 4、项目管理：试产阶段：负责工厂试产准备，MP风险预警和措施跟进，确保顺利进入爬坡量产；负责量产交付，对项目交付、成本、质量结果负责 5、变更管理：主导CM业务CCB在工厂的导入 6、客户关系管理：负责客户关系维护，提升客户满意度 任职要求： 1、5年以上NP项目管理经验，计划交付经验，必须懂制造 2、大型EMS行业或者歌尔\立讯\华勤的行业背景，在同一家企业的同一个岗位要有3年以上的工作经历，长期在小型民营企业的不考虑 3、英语流利，可以作为工作语言
