该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责OS工序日常产品异常处理与工艺设备异常排查，确保产线稳定运行 2.主导OS工序异常问题的根本原因分析与持续改善，提升产品良率与生产效率 3.制定和维护OS工序标准作业程序，包括控制计划、失效模式分析及异常处理作业指导书 4.支撑新产品导入，负责工艺数据收集、试验报告撰写与工艺流程优化 任职要求： 1.熟悉OS工序机台工作原理、工作方式及相关材料特性，具备3年以上半导体封装测试经验 2.熟练掌握OS工序工艺设定与参数优化，能独立完成机台Setup与工艺调试 3.具备扎实的异常分析能力，能运用8D、5Why等工具解决复杂制程问题 4.了解半导体封装测试流程，熟悉SPC统计过程控制与DOE实验设计方法 5.具备良好的跨部门沟通能力与团队协作精神，能承受高强度工作压力
