该职位来源于猎聘 1. OTA计划与系统管理：制定OTA提供计划，注册项目清单，输入车辆与实施时间表，监控推进进度 2. 性能指标管理：追踪完成率/失败率，按车型、季节、地域等维度分析失败原因 3. 效率优化：制定优化方案，推进仪表板优化与改进开发工作 4. 故障应急响应：作为总协调人处理OTA故障，协调各部门，管理解决进度 5. 故障综合管理：将管理项目指标化，按周期和业务领域追踪故障发生情况，构建可视化仪表板 任职要求：
- 韩语可做为工作语言（次选项为英语） 2. 具备互联网汽车服务或OTA服务运营相关项目管理经验优先 3. 了解车联网、OTA系统架构及故障处理流程
- 具备跨部门、跨领域协调能力，能高效推动多方协作项目落地
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够基于指标构建可视化管理体系
- 具备从客户反馈与故障中识别系统性问题并提出改进方案的能力
