一、海外市场调研与分析 Overseas Market Research & Analysis

收集并分析目标国家市场趋势与行业动态

研究竞争对手运营策略与用户增长模式

分析不同地区华语用户行为及消费特征

Collect and analyze market trends and industry developments in target countries.

Study competitors’ operational strategies and user growth models.

Analyze behavioral patterns and consumption characteristics of Mandarin-speaking users in different regions.

二、用户增长与运营执行 User Growth & Operations Execution

协助策划并执行线上推广及用户增长相关项目

参与线上活动及运营方案的策划与执行

跟进用户增长流程及推广效果，持续优化运营方案

监测关键运营数据，包括用户获取成本、转化率、留存率及 ROI

Assist in planning and executing online promotion and user growth initiatives.

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing activities.

Track user growth and promotion performance.

Monitor key operational metrics such as acquisition cost, conversion rate, retention rate, and ROI.

三、数据分析与业务优化 Data Analysis & Business Optimization

整理运营数据报表

分析用户生命周期及行为路径

识别业务问题并提出改善方案

Compile and organize operational data reports.

Analyze user life cycle and behavioral journeys.

Identify business issues and propose improvement solutions.

四、跨部门协作 Cross-Department Collaboration

与产品团队配合优化用户体验

协助产品上线与市场推广项目

与业务及技术团队协调资源，确保项目落地

Work closely with the product team to optimize user experience.

Assist in product launches and marketing initiatives.

Coordinate resources with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

本科或以上学历（专业不限），欢迎应届毕业生申请

可接受无相关经验

逻辑清晰，对数据敏感

愿意接受长期海外派驻

中英文看读写没问题

Bachelor’s degree and above (any major), Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

No prior related experience required.

Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.

Willing to accept long-term overseas assignments.

Proficient in both Mandari* and English.
