JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位职责

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Packaging Engineer to join PT. Vitanova Medical Indonesia, a medical device manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for new product packaging design and development, packaging process improvement for existing products, technical support for production, and compliance with applicable medical device packaging regulations and standards.

PT. Vitanova Medical Indonesia 现诚聘一名具备专业能力、工作细致并注重质量的包装工程师。录用者将负责新产品包装设计与开发、在产产品包装工艺改善、生产现场技术支持，以及确保医疗器械包装符合相关法规和标准要求。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责

1. New Product Packaging Design & Development

新产品包装设计与开发

• Analyze packaging processes and develop packaging solutions according to project plans.
  根据项目计划分析产品包装工艺，并制定相应的包装方案。
• Evaluate existing materials, molds, tooling, and production equipment, and identify resource requirements for new product packaging processes.
  评估现有材料、模具、工装及生产设备，并提出新产品包装工艺所需的资源需求。
• Conduct preliminary setup and commissioning of packaging equipment, molds, and materials for new products.
  负责新产品包装设备、模具及包装材料的前期准备与调试。
• Perform packaging verification and validation activities as required by the project.
  根据项目要求完成相关包装确认与验证工作。
• Prepare packaging technical specifications and process cards, and provide training to Production and Quality personnel.
  编制包装技术规范及包装工艺卡，并对生产及质量人员进行培训。

2. Existing Product Packaging Improvement & Technical Support

在产产品包装改善及技术支持

• Improve packaging processes to reduce costs and enhance packaging quality.
  持续改善包装工艺，降低包装成本并提升包装质量。
• Provide technical solutions for packaging abnormalities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  负责包装异常的技术分析与处理，开展根本原因分析，并落实纠正措施。
• Prepare and revise SOPs and packaging process technical documents.
  编制、修订包装 SOP 及相关工艺技术文件。
• Create new packaging material master data and update BOM (Bill of Materials) information in the SAP system.
  在 SAP 系统中建立新包装材料物料信息，并更新 BOM（物料清单）。
• Support the Quality Department in handling customer complaints, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions until closure.
  协助质量部门处理客户投诉，开展根本原因分析，提出专业改善方案并跟进至问题关闭。
• Coordinate packaging material changes initiated by customers or the Supply Chain Department, including material testing, packaging verification, cross-functional reviews, and change implementation.
  配合客户或供应链部门提出的包装材料变更，组织新材料测试、包装验证、跨部门评审及变更实施。

3. Medical Device Packaging Regulations & Standards

医疗器械包装法规与标准

• Regularly collect and review information on packaging technologies, regulations, and applicable standards.
  定期收集并了解包装技术、法规及相关标准信息。
• Review new regulatory and standard requirements and revise relevant technical documents accordingly.
  解读新法规及标准要求，并根据采标决策修订相关技术文件。
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the correct implementation of applicable packaging regulations and standards.
  协调相关部门落实包装法规及标准要求，确保生产和质量检验正确执行。
• Develop training materials and conduct regular cross-functional training on packaging regulations and standards.
  编制包装法规与标准培训资料，并定期组织相关部门开展培训。

4. Other Duties 其他工作

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as required.
  完成上级领导安排的其他相关工作。

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Design, Mechanical Engineering and Automation, or a related field.
  本科及以上学历，包装工程、包装设计、机械工程与自动化或相关专业。
• Knowledge of common packaging and printing processes.
  了解常见产品包装及印刷工艺。
• Understanding of the manufacturing processes and material properties of paper cartons, corrugated boxes, and plastic films.
  了解纸盒、瓦楞纸箱及塑料薄膜的制造原理和材料特性。
• Familiarity with medical device packaging regulations and standards.
  熟悉医疗器械包装相关法规及标准。
• Familiarity with the structure and commissioning of packaging equipment and molds.
  熟悉包装设备与模具的结构，具备设备调试能力。
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator (AI) and drafting software such as AutoCAD.
  熟练使用 Adobe Illustrator（AI）等平面设计软件，以及 AutoCAD 等工程制图软件。
• Experience in packaging process improvement and the ability to analyze and resolve packaging issues on the production floor.
  熟悉包装工艺改善，能够分析并解决生产现场的包装异常。
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, with attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset.
  具备良好的分析与解决问题能力、沟通协调能力及质量意识，工作认真细致并具有持续改善意识。
