Pathology Technician will support the delivery of patient care by performing cytogenetic and FISH (Fluorescence in situ hybridization) based testing. /病理技术员通过细胞遗传学和基于FISH（荧光原位杂交）的检测为患者提供帮助。

Duties and Responsibilities: /工作职责

• Handles and processes specimens, ensuring proper identification/受理标本，确保正确识别
• Performs Cytogenetics and FISH tests according to SOP for research samples根据 标准操作流程对研究样品进行细胞遗传学和 FISH 荧光原位杂交测试
• Performs quality control procedures on equipment, and reagents/对设备和试剂进行质量控制程序
• Participates in the validation of laboratory methods and procedures/参与实验室方法和流程的验证
• Adheres to all regulatory, institutional, and departmental policies to ensure laboratory accreditation/ 遵守所有监管、机构和部门政策，以确保实验室认证 Education/教育背景：
• Bachelor’s degree in bioscience, chemistry/生物科学、化学学士学位 Experience/工作经验： 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory/Third party lab preferred/1-2年临床实验室及第三方实验室工作经验 1-2 years Chromosome Analysis (Bone Marrow Aspirate) experience/ 1-2年染色体分析（骨髓穿刺）经验 Skills and Knowledge/技能与知识
• Skill in the operation of laboratory equipment and instruments/熟练操作实验室设备和仪器
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and documentation practices / 遵循标准操作程序和文档管理规则
• Knowledge of GCP(Good Clinical Practice)/ 具有药物临床试验质量管理规范的知识
• Experience with sterile technique required/ 具有无菌技术经验
• Ability to work as a team member/团队合作能力
