Out Patient Department

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties and counter service in relation to patient registration and admission
• Collect relevant information from physicians or clinic nurse for booking
• Perform general clerical duties and counter service in relation to patient registration and admission
• Trace and file patient's documents
• Carry out inventory stock take and ensure adequate supply
• Attend to general enquiries from patients or staff
• Switchboard phone enquires to appropriate departments or staff
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Pleasant, customer oriented with good communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
