What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 任职要求 ①统招大专或本科及以上，电子、材料、机械、质量管理相关专业优先。 ②3年以上PCB/FPC行业SQE或PQE经验,熟悉软硬板生产工艺流程. ③熟悉PCB、FPC制程品质管控，对（钻孔、沉铜、电镀、蚀刻制程不良分析有一定经验。 ④熟悉SPC、MSA、cpk及8D、5Why等数据收集及根本因分析。 ⑤熟悉IPC标准、电路板通用检验标准及品质要求。 ⑥具备供应商现场稽核、制程稽查、能独立处理现场品质异常。 ⑦具备良好的数据收集分析及逻辑思维能力。 ⑧英文口语简单或基本听说 9,工作base地点：苏州/昆 山
