- 熟悉NPI开发流程，熟悉产品从NPI到量产各阶段重要事项，熟悉DOE设计以及数分析 3.熟悉操作3D及2D软件(UG/Pro-E/Solidworks/CAD) 4.会公差分析,熟悉CPK， 5.英语口语流利优先,报DFM/FACA/MIL/DOE等报告
