该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1．熟悉植球/打印工艺，对植球/打印 材料特性有一定了解； 2．熟悉植球/打印 工艺相关的设备； 3．对关键参数管控，培训新进人员； 4．能独立写SOP, OCAP、PFME1 等； 5．能独立处理生产中各类异常； 6. 对新产品，安排DOE实验，提列新产品中的问题，逐一完成。 任职要求: 1.本科及以上学历，电子信息/材料/化学/机械； 2.有半导体相关工作经验3年以上，熟悉植球/打印 材料和相关机台； 3.数据分析能力，报告能力，性格外向、善于沟通； 4.熟悉使用办公软件。
