- 负责FCBGA植球工艺开发与优化，提升良率至98%以上
- 主导植球设备参数调试，确保CPK值稳定在1.33以上
- 编制SOP作业指导书，推动标准化落地执行率100%
- 分析生产异常数据，24小时内提供解决方案
任职要求：
- 本科以上学历，材料/微电子/机械专业优先
2.3年以上FCBGA植球工艺经验，熟悉UBM处理流程
- 熟练使用SEM/EDX等分析设备，掌握DOE实验设计方法
- 具备TS16949体系认证经验，英语CET-4以上
