该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责新项目制程工艺的导入，变更管理； 2、主导推动项目制程质量标准的建立及落实； 3、主导项目产品制程异常分析解决； 4、负责新项目制程工艺标准的建立； 5、负责项目制程工艺文件的编写； 6、制程异常分析及持续改善； 7、新员工的培训及技术指导； 8、完成上级安排的其他任务。 岗位要求： 1、大专及以上学历，机电/机械/自动化及相关专业优先； 2、熟悉电子制造企业流程，有一定英文读写能力； 3、具备工程分析能力、熟悉掌握FMEA、DOE、FA、SPC、QC七大手法； 4、抗压能力强、良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力； 5、能接受海外出差。
