该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities： 1. 负责液压胶管生产全流程的工艺设计与优化，编制SOP、工艺卡等标准化文件 Design and optimize the full-process manufacturing for hydraulic hoses and prepare standardized documents such as SOPs and process cards. 2. 深入生产一线，快速响应并解决生产现场出现的工艺技术问题 Work closely on the production floor to quickly respond to and resolve process-related technical issues. 3.运用质量分析工具分析解决产品质量问题，提出并实施改进措施 Utilize quality analysis tools to analyze and resolve product quality issues and propose and implement improvement measures. 4.定期检查现场工艺执行情况，确保符合工艺规范与体系要求 Conduct regular process audits on the production floor to ensure compliance with process specifications and system requirements. 5.参与新产品试制与工艺验证，推动新产品顺利导入量产 Participate in new product trial production and process verification to ensure smooth transition to mass production. 6.持续推进生产工艺优化，提升生产效率、降低制造成本、提高产品一致性 Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve product consistency. 任职要求 / Qualifications -统招本科及以上学历Bachelor’s degree or above -高分子材料与工程、材料科学与工程、橡胶工程 Polymer Materials & Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Rubber Engineering - 机械设计制造及其自动化、过程装备与控制工程、机电一体化 Mechanical Design & Manufacturing and Automation, Process Equipment & Control Engineering, Mechatronics -5年以上PE/工艺工程师经验5+ years of PE/Process Engineer experience -具备独立分析和解决生产现场工艺问题的能力 Ability to independently analyze and resolve on-site process issues -良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能与研发、质量、生产、采购等部门高效协作 Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills -责任心强，工作严谨细致，具备良好的学习能力与执行力 Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, and excellent learning and execution capabilities -抗压能力强，能适应生产一线快节奏工作环境，动手能力强 Resilient under pressure, adaptable to fast-paced production environment, and hands-on -具备英语读写能力 English reading and writing skills
